Summer of Service-Little Library Editon (July 29, 30, 31 & Aug 1; 12:30-2:00)
Join our "Little Libraries Builders" program and help spread the joy of reading across the Treasure Valley! In this engaging activity, kids will learn the basics of building and safe tool use as they construct charming little libraries to be donated to our community partners. It's a perfect blend of hands-on learning and community service, all while having fun and making new friends. Participants will not only take away valuable skills but also the pride of contributing to a project that benefits the whole community. Let's build, learn, and create together – one little library at a time!
Ages: 8-12
When: 12:30-2:00, July 29, 30, 31 & Aug 1
Drop Off: Heron Park Garden City
Pick Up: Heron Park Garden City
Extra Deets: If participant’s families want to keep a little library to be put up at your house or in your neighborhood, please let us know.
Max Participants: 8 We are keeping this group small since a focus will be on safe tool use. 😀
